I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing quick and detailed responses to my emails even before my arrival. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. The traditional Japanese furnishings in my room were comfortable and had a stunning view. The meals, especially the traditional Japanese dinner, were freshly made and delicious. The hotel also offered a separate onsen for me and my companion, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you want a friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, and delicious meals.

    For us, it was ideal.

We absolutely loved the convenient location of the hotel, situated between the fox village and the station. The fact that dinner and breakfast were served in our room was a delightful and convenient experience. The food was delicious and the staff, despite their limited English, provided excellent customer service. The onsen and the quick tour of the place added to the overall satisfaction of our stay.

Our stay at the ryokan felt almost like being at home, with no reason to complain.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel nestled in the mountains of Japan, conveniently located near the famous fox village. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable. The staff, although limited in English, delivered exceptional customer service and were always willing to help.

The hospitality of the staff was impeccable, making our stay warm and welcoming. The complementary dinner served on our arrival was a nice touch. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, and the serene countryside was the perfect backdrop to our mountain retreat. The onsen was definitely a highlight, a perfect place to relax after a long day.

While the hotel was hard to reach, the picturesque drive made up for it. The traditional Japanese fare served was an acquired taste, and some dishes, such as natto and raw shrimp, may not be for every palate.

Fantastic traditional decor, stunning views, and convenient location to explore the surrounding mountains. Delicious room service meals, with breakfast and dinner freshly made. Exceptionally helpful staff, providing assistance despite limited English ability.

    Nothing.

I had an exceptional stay at a traditional Ryokan in a tranquil location. The hospitality of the staff was outstanding, and they made sure all my needs were met. The onsen experience was rejuvenating, and the meals served in the room were delicious. Despite the language barrier, the staff made an effort to communicate and assist me. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
